Terences services are primarily for Western Australian Land Surveyors, however, we also offer local drafting services, as required.

Plans required for the next stage of land development from information provided by the Land Surveyor.

Plans required for leasehold purposes and lodged at local government authorities, including commercial spaces, plantations, access rights, etc.

Deposited Plans and Interest Plans for lodgement at Landgate (WA Lands Department)

Creation of CSD Files from a range of data provided by Land Surveyors.
